Odin CrossFit is located in the historic district of downtown Frederick in a 10,000 sq ft recently renovated space. Surrounded by natural light we are fortunate to workout in a building with as much character as our members.

A combination of two historic buildings and over 150 years old, part of the space was originally used as a carriage house for downtown. Later it became a car dealership before being renovated into the modern fitness facility that it is today. Located just steps away from a coffee shop, a brewery, restaurants, shops and all that downtown Frederick has to offer. We proudly participate in the downtown community supporting and bringing consumers into downtown daily.
The space is equipped with a 64 ft’ pull-up rig with both high and low ring stations, Rogue Echo Bikes, Concept 2 Rowers, Concept 2 Ski Ergs, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Sandbags, Barbells, and bumper plates. The locker rooms both feature large changing areas and a shower (with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided). A lounge area allows you to hang with your friends while grabbing a cup of coffee or a popsicle after you workout.
